Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Order Cancellations

Cancellation requests can only be accepted if the order has not yet been processed or dispatched.

Once an order has been dispatched, it may no longer be possible to cancel the order.

2. Returns

Returned items must be:

• Unworn and unused
• In their original condition
• Returned with the original packaging where applicable
• Accompanied by the relevant order information

Items that have been worn, damaged or altered after delivery may not qualify for a return.

Please provide your order details and, where appropriate, photographs showing the issue.

We will review the matter and advise you on the next steps.

4. Exchanges

Exchanges are subject to product availability.

If the requested replacement product is unavailable, an alternative solution may be offered.

5. Refunds

Where a refund has been approved, the refund will be processed using the applicable payment method and payment-processing procedures.

The time it takes for a refund to reflect in a customer’s account may depend on the relevant payment provider or financial institution.

6. Delivery Fees

Delivery fees may not be refundable where an order has already been dispatched, except where otherwise required by applicable law.
